Louter is looking for a Account Manager (B2B)
In this role, you’ll have a great deal of freedom and trust to develop your own market. You’ll be in constant communication with clients, thinking strategically alongside them, and translating their needs into smart, sustainable solutions. No quick deals—just impactful projects where you truly make a difference.
You sit at the table with various stakeholders and know exactly how to navigate the conversation at every level. With your commercial drive and technical acumen, you turn complex challenges into concrete opportunities.

Who are you
- You have a vocational or college-level education and equivalent cognitive abilities;
- You have experience in a commercial field sales role;
- You have a knack for sales processes or project-based sales;
- You can easily switch between different conversation partners;
- You have strong communication skills and know how to close deals;
- You work independently and maintain a clear overview;
- You have strong business acumen;
- You speak and write Dutch well (knowledge of other languages is a plus);
- You have a Class B driver's license and are comfortable driving.
What will you do?
- You identify business opportunities and know how to turn them into new customers;
- You build strong, long-lasting relationships and continue to expand them;
- You will oversee sales processes from start to finish and manage the entire process;
- You advise clients on comprehensive and forward-looking solutions;
- You work purposefully to meet and exceed your targets;
- You closely monitor market trends and respond to them effectively;
- You’ll be visible at trade shows and networking events;
- You will ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date;
- You’ll work closely with your colleagues to achieve the best possible results together.
