Louter is looking for a (Senior) Account Manager (B2B)
The account manager is responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets within the assigned territory or market segment. The focus is on maintaining and expanding existing relationships, advising customers on our products and services, and acquiring new customers. The account manager serves as the face of the organization and helps strengthen our market position.
In this role, you’ll be our point of contact with customers. You’ll actively seek out new customers, work to strengthen existing relationships, and provide customers with advice. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the office and other departments within the company.

Who are you
- MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking (a background in business, hospitality, or technology is preferred)
- Proven experience in a commercial field sales role
- Experience with project-based sales or long sales processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter, customer-focused, and results-driven
- Strong in planning and organizing
- Good command of the Dutch language (English and/or German is an advantage)
- A Class B driver's license and a willingness to visit customers throughout the Netherlands on a regular basis
What will you do?
- Acquiring new customers and identifying market opportunities
- Manage and build on existing customer relationships
- Issuing quotes and conducting price negotiations
- Advising customers on product range and custom solutions
- Achieve established sales goals
- Recording customer and visit data in the CRM system
- Represent the organization at trade shows, events and networking meetings
- Conducting market and competitive analyses and reporting to management
- Work intensively with inside sales and other departments (e.g., service and logistics)
