Louter is looking for a Account Manager (B2B)

The field sales representative is responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets within their assigned territory or market segment. The focus is on acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding existing relationships, and advising customers on products and services. The field sales representative serves as the face of the organization and helps strengthen our market position.

In this position, you will become our face at the customer's site. You will actively seek out new customers, work on expanding existing relationships and provide customers with advice. You will work together with the office staff and other departments within the company.

Who are you

  • MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking (a background in business, hospitality, or technology is preferred)
  • Experience in a commercial field sales role
  • Experience with project-based sales or long sales processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, customer-focused, and results-driven
  • Strong in planning and organizing
  • Good command of the Dutch language (English and/or German is an advantage)
  • Driving license B and willingness to travel extensively within the region

What will you do?

  • Acquiring new customers and identifying market opportunities
  • Manage and build on existing customer relationships
  • Issuing quotes and conducting price negotiations
  • Advising customers on product range and custom solutions
  • Achieve established sales goals
  • Registering Customer and visitor data in the CRM system
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, events and networking meetings
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses and reporting to management
  • Work intensively with inside sales and other departments (e.g., service and logistics)
