Real Italian food in the Beemster, that's what you do at Bella Brasa. Because at Bella Brasa you can eat in the restaurant as well as take away food, it was important that in terms of routing this would be a dynamic kitchen. By playing with multiple islands, we were able to get the most out of it.
This kitchen is equipped with a pasta cooker by Gazi, cooling and pizza workbenches by Afinox and an oven by MKN. The stainless steel custom work was done by Culion, and the sink kitchen features a dishwasher by Classeq.
