As Handelsonderneming Louter we are proud of the project in which we designed and realized a large kitchen, located in the vibrant heart of the park. The challenge was to create an efficient, functional and hygienic kitchen that is able to process large quantities of meals quickly and with the highest quality, without compromising the experience of the guests.
When designing the kitchen, we worked closely with the owners and team to ensure the space was perfectly suited to the dynamics of the restaurant. From the layout to the equipment, everything was focused on speed and convenience, so that the staff could provide the best possible service to visitors looking for a quick meal during their day at the zoo.
We have chosen the best robust equipment that is suitable for a busy takeaway service. We have created sufficient work space in the kitchen so that the staff can work efficiently without being overcrowded, even during peak times.
