We were proud to realize a brand new custom kitchen for Restaurant Granville in Alkmaar. In this project, we installed high-quality equipment with a smart, efficient layout that perfectly matches their vision and ambitions.
Among other things, we installed a kitchen island with Inducs cooking equipment, an AltoShaam warming drawer, custom issue pass including plate warming cabinet. In the mise en place area, refrigerated workbenches by Afinox were installed, and in the sink kitchen a dishwasher by Winterhalter.
