At Turfmarkt Alkmaar, we were able to realize this beautiful large kitchen!
In this large kitchen, we installed a number of refrigerator and freezer workbenches from Mercatus, a warming drawer from Alto Shaam Benelux, deep fryer from The Fryer Company and induction equipment and stainless steel customization from Culion B.V.
You will also find in this kitchen a dry-age cabinet where fish and meat can dry.
In addition, for this kitchen we again worked with Arco Luchttechniek for the extraction and airflow within the kitchen, and Den Dekker Projectmanagement for the coordination of the construction process.
