Louter is looking for a Service Coordinator
In this role, you will work alongside the Technical Manager to coordinate and optimize the service organization.
You serve as the link between customers, service technicians, and internal departments. With your technical expertise and organizational skills, you ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and that scheduling runs smoothly.

Who are you
- You have a college-level education and way of thinking;
- You have an affinity for technology and service processes;
- You can adapt quickly and maintain a clear overview during disruptions;
- You have a strong business acumen and are solution-oriented;
- You work in a structured and results-oriented manner;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- You have experience with Office (Word/Excel) and, preferably, with Exact Online;
- Experience as a service technician is a major plus, especially if you want to move into an office role.
What will you do?
- You will coordinate the daily schedules of service technicians;
- You assess and prioritize service requests and malfunctions;
- You create efficient schedules and routes;
- You keep customers informed about the progress of the work;
- You work with technicians to come up with technical solutions;
- You process work orders and keep customer information up to date;
- You monitor the progress and quality of service processes;
- You will coordinate with internal departments such as purchasing and logistics regarding parts and materials.
