Louter is looking for a Service Coordinator
As an all-round service coordinator you will be responsible for managing the service organization together with the engineering manager. You do this in a coaching and motivating manner. The service technicians work on location at customers and deal with service, maintenance, repair and installation of machines, commercial kitchens and complete production environments. Louter is a service company focused on: the food industry, hospitality, healthcare, Retail and retail. Every day we make sure that companies, organizations and institutions that do something with food can work. Louter works closely with A-brand suppliers.

Who are you
- HBO working and thinking level
- Possess a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
- Be able to move quickly in case of breakdowns
- Possess commercial acumen
- Acting result-oriented
- Knowledge of Office/365 (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of Exact Online
What will you do?
- Coordinating the daily schedule for our service technicians
- Reviewing and prioritizing service requests.
- Preparing efficient schedules and itineraries
- Communication with customers on the progress of service orders
- Working with mechanics to provide solutions to technical malfunctions
- Maintaining administrative activities, such as work orders and customer records
- Ensure optimal inventory of service parts in cooperation with the purchasing department
